If your materials and pricebooks are already in any of these platforms, you should integrate first to avoid duplicates.

⏳ Heads Up: Some Files Take Longer to Process!
We’ll always get your files uploaded, but processing times may vary depending on formatting and structure. Here’s what affects upload speed:
🔹 Unstructured files: If your files don’t follow our templates, no worries—we’ll still process them! But if they contain inconsistent data, errors, or duplicates, we’ll need extra time to sort and clean them.
🔹 Unsupported formats: PDFs instead of Excel/CSV? That’s fine! We’ll just need additional time to convert and format them properly before uploading.
🔹 Extra columns or mismatched fields: If your files contain columns that don’t align with Ply’s system, we’ll work through them, but it may take a few rounds of clarification.
⏳ How Long Does It Take?
✅ Well-structured files (following our templates): Uploaded within 1 business day.
⚠️ Files with formatting issues: May take 3-4 days, or up to a week, depending on complexity.
