ServiceTitan Integration Features 📡

• Bidirectional Material Sync 📦

All materials from the ST Pricebook will be automatically added to the Ply catalog and synced to the selected locations. Similarly, materials you create in Ply will sync directly into the ST Pricebook.

Note: If there are any required fields in ServiceTitan that are missing, some materials may not sync. In this case, you'll see an FSM sync issue icon. Also, if you create a material with a duplicate item number, it won’t sync to ST, as ServiceTitan requires a unique item number for each material.

• Job Sync 🧰

Any jobs created in ServiceTitan will sync automatically to Ply. Technicians assigned to those jobs in ST will be directly assigned to the corresponding job in Ply, ensuring consistency and accuracy across both platforms.

• Bidirectional Material Updates Between Ply Jobs & ST Invoices 🛠️💰

Materials added, edited, or deleted in ServiceTitan’s job invoices will automatically update in Ply jobs, and vice versa. Any changes made in Ply will sync directly to the corresponding ST invoice, keeping your materials and invoicing aligned at all times.

• Inventory Sync 📍

Materials added to invoices in ServiceTitan (e.g., 5 units of Material 1 from Truck 1) will be reflected in Ply by subtracting the same amount from Truck 1's inventory. This ensures real-time inventory tracking and consistency across both platforms.

• User Sync 👨‍🔧 All technicians from ServiceTitan will automatically be registered in Ply once the integration is set up. This makes team management a breeze, ensuring your staff is synced and ready to go.

• Equipments 🏭 If you're a ServiceTitan user, you can easily integrate your equipment into Ply through a dedicated Equipment tab!
