If your catalog was built before connecting to Ferguson (or imported from a pricebook, a spreadsheet, or another system), those materials aren't linked to Ferguson yet. Ferguson Pricebook Matching compares your catalog against Ferguson's pricebook and links your items to the matching Ferguson SKUs, all at once.
➡️ Step 1: Turn on Ferguson Pricebook Matching
In the left menu, go to Settings → Labs.
Find Ferguson Pricebook Matching and turn the toggle on.

➡️ Step 2: Run the pricebook match
In the left menu, go to Settings → Workspace, then open the Integrations tab.
Click the Supplier Integrations tab.
On the Ferguson card, check the account shown next to the button. To use a different account, click Change and select it.
Click Run pricebook match.
➡️ Step 3: Review your linked materials
Once the match finishes, open a few of your linked materials and confirm they're the same product: same name, brand, size, and part number.
How to tell a material is linked to Ferguson

📌 Only keep exact matches.
Matches are based on the information in your catalog, so a similar product from a different brand or size can come up. Linking the wrong item means you'll pull the wrong Ferguson price, and the wrong product will go out on your POs.

On the same Supplier Integrations page, turn on Sync supplier prices to Cost to Business field. Your Cost to Business will update automatically each night when supplier prices change, so you don't have to edit costs by hand.

➡️ Common issues & fixes
"Some of my materials didn't get matched."
This usually happens when a material has an internal item number and a name that's worded differently from Ferguson's. Search for it in the Ferguson section of the Library using the Ferguson part number or the manufacturer part number instead of the name. If you still can't find it, our team can link it for you.
"I'm not sure if the match is the same product."
Look up the part number on Ferguson's website and compare the details. If anything doesn't line up, don't keep the match.
