Welcome to the video tutorials where you'll learn how to connect your Jobber account with Ply! With this integration, you can seamlessly bring in your catalog, suppliers, jobs, and much more directly, making your workflows more efficient and connected!

Video Tutorial:

Key Features of the Jobber Integration

  • Materials Sync

    • Materials (products, not services) from Jobber will automatically sync into the Ply catalog.

  • Job Sync

    • Jobs created in Jobber will automatically sync to Ply. This ensures that your jobs are always up-to-date on both platforms, with technicians and job details synced in real time.

  • User Sync

    • All Jobber users (technicians) will be automatically synced to Ply once the integration is complete. This makes user management a breeze and helps ensure your team is always aligned across platforms.

  • Real-Time Data Sync (Webhooks)

    • Experience near-instant synchronization of data without needing to press a “sync” button. With webhooks, your data will sync automatically in real time, ensuring you always have the latest information at your fingertips.

  • Job Assignments with Sync

    • Users assigned to jobs in Jobber will also be assigned to the corresponding jobs in Ply, keeping your team and job management synchronized across both systems.

  • Kits as Single Line Item

    • Ability to treat material kits as a single line item in Jobber, simplifying the management and pricing of material kits in your jobs.
