Managing materials efficiently is key to keeping your operations running smoothly. Ply allows you to transfer materials between different locations with ease.

Need to move an item from your catalog into a specific location? No problem! Follow this interactive guide to see how it’s done:

Option 1: Select your materials individually and assign them to a truck or warehouse.

Option 2: Select the whole page of materials and assign them to a truck or warehouse.

Access the catalog -> select the items you want to transfer. There's a search bar and a filter option for you to be able to find your materials easily.

We recommend to set the rows view to 50 so you can see more items per page:

If you mark the "name" box, all the items from one page will be selected.

Then, once you have selected the items, let's transfer them to the warehouse! How? Select "Add to location”

Then choose the location and the quantity you want to transfer -> hit add materials and done! your items will be transferred
