Ever wished you could quickly set up materials, min/max quantities, and barcodes for your stock locations? Say hello to Location Templates! 🎉
With Location Templates, you can:
✅ Select materials for specific locations.
✅ Set min/max stock levels.
✅ Predefine quantities for quick restocks.
✅ Generate barcodes in seconds.
🔧 How It Works
1️⃣ Create a Template
- Head over to the Stock Locations tab and click on Templates.
- Click Add New Template and give it a name (e.g., Service Van Setup).
- Search and select the materials you want to include.
2️⃣ Customize Your Materials
- Set the Min & Max Quantities for each material.
- Generate barcodes (or select existing ones).
- Click Create, and boom 💥—your template is ready!
3️⃣ Apply Your Template to a Truck 🚚
- When adding a new fleet location (like a Service Truck), simply select your template.
- Choose which materials to apply and adjust quantities if needed.
- Hit Add to Truck, and just like that, your truck is fully stocked!
🏗️ Another Way to Create Templates
You can also build templates directly from your Catalog:
- Select multiple materials.
- Click Add to Template and name it.
- Set min/max values, generate barcodes, and save it.
- Done! Your template is now available in Stock Locations.
