You don’t always need to scan a barcode to move materials around. Whether you're managing a warehouse, a truck, or a job site, here’s how you can transfer and adjust quantities directly from the app, no scanner required.
🏗️ Step-by-Step: Transfer Between Locations or Jobs
1. Open Your Warehouse
- Head to your Warehouse from the main screen.
- Browse through your materials or use the search bar to find what you need (e.g., search “pool”).
2. Select Items to Transfer
- Tap and hold (hard press) on the item’s three dots (⋯) to enable multi-select mode.
- Select as many materials as you need.
3. Transfer Items
- Tap the “Transfer” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose whether you’re transferring to another location (e.g., a truck) or a job.
4. Set Quantities and Reasons
- Input the quantity you’re transferring for each material.
- Add a reason for the adjustment — this helps keep your records clean and your reporting accurate.
5. Confirm the Transfer
- Review the summary screen.
- Tap “Confirm transfer” and then “Transfer” to complete the move.
