Want to know how often materials are being used and how much? The Usage Reports feature helps you track material movement across your locations quickly and in detail.
🧭 Where to Find It
You’ll find Usage Reports in the Reports tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Once inside, you’ll see a list of all your locations (both warehouses and trucks) displayed in a column.
Click on any location to open its specific usage report , which will show every material stored there, along with key usage data.
🔍 What You Can Do
Inside each Usage Report, you can:
- Search by material name to quickly find specific items
- Apply filters to focus on a specific category
- Filter by date or month to track usage over time
- Sort results by quantity, material name, or other attributes
- Export the report as a PDF or Excel file for easier sharing or analysis
