Need to generate a quick inventory report for one of your warehouses or trucks? Here's how you can export a list of all current stock from a specific location in just a few clicks.
✅ Steps to Export Inventory:
- Go to the Location
- Navigate to the “Warehouses & Trucks” tab.
- Click on the specific warehouse or truck you want to export inventory from.
- Select All Materials
- Once inside the location view, click the bulk select checkbox at the top of the material list to select all items.
- Print & Export
- Click on the “Print & Export” button at the top right of the material list.
- Choose “Save as Excel”
- Select the “Save as Excel” option.
- The report will download as a spreadsheet with the current material names, categories, and quantities.
💡 Note: This report reflects the current stock levels at the time of export and is specific to the location you’re viewing.
