Sometimes, jobs created in Jobber do not automatically sync in PLY, even after forcing a full sync. In these cases, there is an option to sync a single job directly from Jobber to PLY.
How to Sync a Single Job
- Go to the Jobs section in PLY.
- Click the three dots next to the Jobber integration logo.
- Select Sync Specific Job.
- Choose the individual job(s) you want to sync, and sync them manually from Jobber to PLY.
