What if something stops working with one of my integrations?

If something stops working with one of your integrations in Ply, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Check for Notifications: Look for any error messages or notifications within Ply that might indicate what the problem is.
  1. Review Integration Settings: Go to the 'Settings' and then 'Integrations' section in Ply to make sure that your integrations are set up correctly and that there haven’t been any changes to API keys, login credentials, or permissions.
  1. Consult Help Resources: Use Ply’s help center or knowledge base, which may have articles or guides specifically about managing integrations and troubleshooting common issues.
  1. Restart or Reauthenticate: If an integration requires a login, try logging out and then logging back in. For some integrations, disconnecting and then reconnecting the service can resolve temporary glitches.
  1. Contact Support: Reach out to Ply’s support team via phone, email, or live chat. Provide them with details about the problem, any error messages, and the steps you've already taken to try to fix the issue

By taking these steps, you can often resolve integration issues quickly and get back to using Ply’s full suite of features. If the problem is complex and cannot be resolved with the above steps, Ply's technical support will likely escalate the issue for further investigation.
