Sometimes jobs don't sync immediately from HouseCall Pro to Ply. If that happens, follow the steps below to resolve it.
- Force the Sync
You can always force the sync manually by clicking this button up here.
Jobs > HouseCall Icon:
If the job is still not showing up, try the second step below.
- Update the Job in HouseCall Pro
If the job is still not showing in Ply after forcing the sync, try making any update to the job in HouseCall Pro and saving it. This should help trigger the sync.
If the job is still not showing up after trying the steps above, please contact our Support team so we can investigate further with Engineering.
