Ply integrates with HouseCall Pro to help you track and manage your inventory automatically. Before diving in, it's important to understand what actually syncs between the two platforms.
Only Materials + Job Sync, Not Services
The integration is designed exclusively for materials from your HCP Pricebook. Services will never sync to Ply, so if you're expecting them to appear there, they won't.
You can convert your Services into Materials so they sync over to Ply. If you have a lot of them, feel free to reach out to Housecall Pro support, they can do it in bulk for you.
How to Tell if a Material is Synced
Once connected, any material coming from HouseCall Pro will appear in your Ply catalog with a blue HouseCall Pro logo and the label "Integrated with HouseCall Pro."
Where to Set Up the Integration
Go to Settings → Workspace → Integrations to connect your HouseCall Pro account to Ply.
