Once your payment is processed, wait for an email from your Customer Success Manager (CSM). They’ll send you a calendar link so you can easily schedule an introductory call to kick things off!

Your CSM will be your dedicated guide at Ply. They’re here to help you through the onboarding process and beyond, answering any questions you have. You can schedule weekly check-ins with them to stay on track and get personalized support.
