🚛 Step-by-Step: Adding Inventory from a Receipt
1️⃣ Go to Your Truck Inventory
- Open the Ply app on your device.
- Navigate to the desired Truck.
2️⃣ Access the Receipt Scanning Option
- Tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Add Items from Receipt" to start the process.
3️⃣ Choose a Scanning Method
You'll be given two options to input your receipt details:
📌 Upload Image with Receipt
- If you've already taken a picture of the receipt, select this option.
- Upload the image, and the app will extract the details for you.
- You can edit item quantities and prices before finalizing.
📌 Scan Receipt
- If you haven’t taken a picture yet, choose this option to scan in real-time.
- The app will automatically read the receipt and detect materials, quantities, and prices.
- Adjust the details as needed.
4️⃣ Review and Confirm
- Double-check that all items, prices, and quantities are correct.
- Once everything looks good, tap "Confirm & Send Receipt" to finalize the update.
- The materials will be added to your truck’s inventory instantly!
