Step 1 - Open the Notifi connection in Ply
In Ply, go to Settings → Workspace → Integrations.
Open the Field Service Management tab and click Connect FSM.
Choose Notifi from the list of available systems.
💡 Good to know: Only users with an Owner or Admin role can connect Notifi to Ply.
Step 2 - Create your Notifi API key
Ply will ask you for a Notifi API key to connect both systems. Here's how to get it:
Log in to your Notifi account.
Go to Settings → Partner API.
Click Create API Key.
Copy the API key.
Step 3 - Paste your API key in Ply
Go back to Ply and paste the API key into the field.
Step 4 - Choose what to sync
Next, Ply will ask what you'd like to bring in from Notifi:
Materials
Jobs
All data
You'll also pick the date you want the sync to start from.
Step 5 - Select your default location
Finally, you'll need to select a default location. This is the Ply location where all your Notifi materials will be brought in. This step is required to finish the connection.
If you already have locations set up, pick one from the dropdown (for example, your main warehouse).
If you don't have one yet, you can create it right there from this step.
💡 Good to know: Your default location is also where Ply takes stock from when materials are used on a Notifi job, so pick the location your team actually pulls from.
✅ That's it! Ply is now connected to Notifi.
What's Next?
Once connected, your Notifi materials and jobs will start syncing into Ply, and any material changes will sync both ways between the two systems.
