How to tell if a material is synced
Synced materials have the Notifi icon next to them in your Ply catalog. That means the material is synced in both platforms.
đĄ Good to know: If a material has one name in Notifi and a different name in Ply, Ply treats them as two separate materials. For example, "Copper Pipe 1/2" and "1/2 Copper Pipe" will show up as duplicates in your catalog.

Force a sync
Changes sync instantly between Notifi and Ply. If you ever notice a delay, you can force a sync:
In Ply, go to Dashboard â Catalog.
Click the Notifi icon in the top right corner.
Select All Data.
Click Sync.
What syncs and which way
Since Ply and Notifi are connected, here's what flows from one to the other:

Materials sync both ways
Material sync is bidirectional:
Add a material to your Notifi price book, and it will show up in Ply.
Create a material in Ply, and it will be sent to Notifi.
Archiving materials
Archiving also works both ways. If you deactivate a material in Ply, it shows up as Archived in Notifi. It isn't deleted, so you can always bring it back.
Categories
If your Notifi materials already have categories, those categories will be created in Ply too. You can find them in two places:
On each material, from your Catalog.
In Settings â Catalog â Categories & Types, where you'll see every category, both the ones created in Ply and the ones that came from Notifi.

đĄ Good to know: Category sync only goes from Notifi to Ply. Categories you create in Ply won't be sent to Notifi.
What's not included
This integration doesn't sync services, bundles, or similar items. Only materials come over from your Notifi price book.
