➡️ What is the low stock report?
The Low Stock report helps you get ahead of shortages. It shows which materials and consumables have reached their minimum or run out across your locations, with a chart of how stock levels have changed over time and a detailed list of current amounts.
📌 Stock levels are based on the min and max set for each material at each location. If a material doesn't have a min/max at a location, it can't be flagged as Min there.
➡️ How to access it
Go to Reports in the left-hand menu.
Select Low Stock.
Choose the Materials or Consumables tab.

Low Stock Statistics
A chart of stock levels over time, color-coded by status:
🔵 Max: at or above the maximum
⚪ Normal: within the expected range
🟠 Min: at or below the minimum
🔴 Zero: nothing left
Current Amounts donut chart
A snapshot of how your materials are spread across those levels today.
Current Material Amounts
A detailed list with each item, its location, category, and current quantity. You can
filter it by time period (for example, Last week).

A list of consumables with item name, item number, location, and quantity. Items that have reached their target quantity are marked with a checkmark.

Sort by Newest First or Oldest First

➡️ How to use it
Start with Zero. Those are the materials already out of stock.
Then check Min. They're next in line to run out.
Filter by location to see which warehouse or truck needs attention most.
Use the chart to spot patterns. If the same materials keep dropping to Min, their min/max may be set too low.
Take action from the Critical Items List, where you can reorder what's running low across all your locations.
➡️ Common Issues
"A material I know is low isn't showing as Min."
Check that it has a min/max set at that location. Without one, SureStock has nothing to compare the quantity against.
"Materials marked as Non-replenishable show up in this report."
The Low Stock report shows everything that's at a low level, whether or not it's set to be replenished. If you only want to see what needs reordering, use the Critical Items List, which leaves Non-replenishable materials out.

The Low Stock report is for reviewing stock levels and trends. The Critical Items List is where you act on what needs reordering.
Does the export include item numbers?
Not at the moment. The export includes item name, location, category, and quantity.
Can I include item images in the export?
Not currently.
