Need to print barcodes organized by category from a specific truck? You can do that using the Print Inventory Log option directly inside the truck.
The Print Inventory Log option is only available inside each truck.
This is perfect if you want your barcodes grouped cleanly by category (fuel fittings, electrical, etc.) instead of one long mixed list.

➡️ How to Get It
Go to Stock → Fleet and select the truck you want.
In the top-right corner of the truck page, click the three-dot menu.
From the dropdown, choose Print Inventory Log.
Choose your label settings and printable categories. From the modal, you can:
Choose which fields to include on each label (Category, Client/Business Price, Material Image, Material Name, Quantity, etc.), or click Exclude all fields to start from a blank slate
Choose Printable categories: select a specific category, or leave it as "All materials" to print everything
Enter an email under Send to email to receive the file
Click Print Inventory Log to generate the PDF

When you select this option, the PDF will:
Automatically group items by category
Show the total quantity of materials
Each category is clearly separated, so it's easy to print, organize, and use in the field.

A category-organized, barcode-ready PDF turns a truck audit from a search-the-full-list exercise into something you can physically walk section by section, matching labels to shelves, catching missing barcodes, and giving new techs a clear reference before their first job.
➡️ Common Issues
"I don't see the Print Inventory Log option."
This option only lives inside an individual truck, not the general Stock or Fleet overview. Go to Stock → Fleet → select the specific truck, then check the three-dot menu.
"A material is missing its barcode on the printed PDF."
The PDF pulls the barcode value assigned to that material at that location. If it's blank, the material doesn't have a barcode assigned yet, see How to Replace SureStock Barcodes or Add Your Own to add one.
"I want a full truck report, but only one category printed."
Check the Printable categories setting in the modal, make sure it's set to "All materials" instead of a specific category before generating the PDF.

Can I choose which fields show up on the printed labels?
Yes, in the modal you can select specific fields (Category, Price, Image, Name, Quantity, etc.) or click "Exclude all fields" to start from scratch.
Where does the generated PDF get sent?
To the email address you enter under "Send to email" in the modal, not a direct download.
Can I print just one category instead of the whole truck?
Yes, use the Printable categories setting to select a specific category instead of "All materials."
