➡️ Option 1: Select Materials & Print
Open the app.
Navigate to the stock location (warehouse or truck) you want to print from.
Select the materials you want to print barcodes for.
Tap the 3-dot menu.
Select "Print Barcodes."
Set the number of copies for each barcode.
Tap Print.
➡️ Option 2: Scan Materials
Open the app.
Scan each material one by one.
Tap "Add to List" after each scan to build your print list.
Once your list is complete, open it and tap Print.
You'll see a list of all the materials you've added to the list.
If you select the Print icon in the top-right corner, you'll be able to specify the number of copies for each material.
➡️ Common Issues
"My printer isn't connecting to the app."
Confirm you're using a supported Brother model (PT-P950NW or PT-P910BT) and that it's paired via Bluetooth with your phone. Mobile printers only work through the SureStock mobile app, they can't be used from a computer.
"I scanned several materials but only some show up in my print list."
Make sure you tap "Add to List" after each individual scan; if a scan doesn't get added, it won't appear when you open the list to print.
"I need different quantities of labels per material."
Use the Print icon in the top-right corner of your list (Option 2) to set a specific number of copies per material, instead of printing the same quantity for everything.

Use Option 1 if you're already looking at the materials in a stock location and want to select them directly. Use Option 2 (scanning) if you're walking through a truck or shelf and want to build your list as you go.
Can I set a different number of copies for each material?
Yes, both options let you set copies per barcode/material before printing.
