How to Bulk Upload Equipment

Add equipment in bulk from a file instead of creating units one at a time.

Steps:

  1. Go to Equipment.

  2. Click the three dots (...).

  3. Choose Bulk Upload.

  4. Fill it in, upload it, and review before confirming.
    ​


You can also download a template file, edit it with your own information, and save it.

  • Name *

  • Item Number *

  • Equipment Type

  • Description

  • Category

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Manufacturer

  • Measurement Unit

  • Cost for Business

  • Cost for Client

  • Location Quantity

  • Serial Number

  • Supplier

  • Supplier Cost

  • Photo URL
