Smart Min & Max analyzes your historical material usage over a rolling 60-day period. Based on that usage, it calculates smarter Min and Max thresholds automatically, reducing waste and manual guesswork.
🔍 How to Access Smart Min & Max Settings
1️⃣ Navigate to Smart Min & Max Settings
Go to the Settings tab > Procurement > There you'll find a section called Smart Min & Max.
Click on it to get started.
2️⃣ Choose Your Optimization Mode
Once inside, you'll have three options for managing your stock levels:
Automatic Adjustments: Let Ply update your Min & Max levels automatically based on AI recommendations.
Suggested Adjustments: Receive recommendations and manually approve or deny them for greater control.
Email Notifications: Set up email alerts to stay on top of updates and any required actions.
🚚 Smart Min & Max by Location
You can enable or disable AI tracking for each of your stock locations, including warehouses and trucks.
Click Set Up Materials to see which locations have AI tracking enabled.
A 🤖 robot icon next to a material's Min or Max value means it was set by Smart Min & Max.
📊 Dashboard & Activity Insights
New widget surfaces materials that need review for Min & Max settings.
You can also view Min & Max changes directly in the activity feed for each item.
