How to Manage Bins, Aisle, Bays and Level Locations?

With Ply, you can easily organize your materials by specifying their exact locations by Bins, Aisle, Bays and Level.

Stock positions do not exist in the catalog, they only exist within your stock locations (Warehouses / Trucks). To configure your positions, please follow these steps

2. If you only need to update the position for one material, click the three dots next to the material → Edit Availability → update the position fields and save.

If you need to update multiple materials, you can edit them in bulk using the green Bulk Edit Mode button and update the information in the Position column.

You can also download your full location to Excel, edit it there, and re-upload it to overwrite existing data or fill in blank fields.
