You can now update all your material costs at once, both Cost to Client (markups) and Cost to Business, by applying a global percentage increase or decrease directly from your Catalog.
This makes it easier than ever to keep your pricing consistent and up to date across your entire account.
🧭 Where to Find It
You’ll access this option from your Catalog:
- Go to Catalog in the left-hand menu.
- Open any material as if you were going to edit its cost (this just unlocks the global option).

- Click Edit prices globally.

- Choose the percentage you want to increase or decrease for:
- Cost to Business (your internal cost),
- Cost to Client (your selling or markup price),
- or both.

⚙️ How It Works
- Enter a positive percentage (e.g.
10%) to increase costs globally.
- Enter a negative percentage (e.g.
5%) to decrease them.
- Ply will automatically update all materials in your catalog based on the percentage you set.
For example:
If your Cost to Business for an item is $100 and you apply a +10% adjustment, the new cost will be $110.
✅ Why Use It
- Quickly adjust prices to reflect supplier changes or inflation.
- Maintain consistent markups across your catalog.
- Save time by avoiding manual edits to each material.
That’s it!
With the Edit Prices Globally feature, you can now keep your catalog perfectly aligned with your latest costs — all in just a few clicks.
