🔍 How to Access Smart Min & Max Settings
1️⃣ Navigate to Smart Min & Max Settings
- Head over to the Settings tab.
- Under Customization, you’ll see a new section called Smart Min & Max—click on it!
2️⃣ Choose Your Optimization Mode
Once inside, you’ll find several options to customize how your stock levels are managed:
✅ Automatic Adjustments – Let Ply automatically update your Min & Max levels based on AI recommendations.
✅ Suggested Adjustments – Get recommendations and manually approve or deny them for greater control.
✅ Email Notifications – Stay informed! Set up email alerts to track updates and required actions.
🚚 Smart Min & Max by Location
Easily toggle AI tracking on/off for different stock locations—including warehouses and trucks!
- Click "Set Up Materials" to view which locations have AI tracking enabled.
- A robot icon 🤖 next to a material means AI is actively optimizing its Min & Max levels.
📊 New Dashboard Insights
- A new widget highlights materials that need review for Min & Max settings.
- View Min & Max changes directly in the activity feed of each item.
