Who this is for
Companies that already have, or want, more than one Ply account under the same business: multi-location operators, franchises and roll-ups that keep each location on its own account.
What an org admin can do today
Once an org admin accepts their invitation, they can:
See an overview of every account in the organization, with the data from all of them in one view.
Switch between accounts from the menu, without logging out.
Have more org admins added to the organization.
What isn’t included yet:
Transfers between accounts aren’t supported.
Each account keeps its own day-to-day data. The organization view sits on top of them; it doesn’t merge them.
How to get it set up
Organizations are set up by Ply, not from your own settings. Reach out to Support and we’ll take it from there.
FAQs
Is this the same as Multi-Tenant for ServiceTitan?
No. That feature scopes which ServiceTitan jobs each team can see, using Business Units. This one is about your Ply account structure.
Can I set this up myself?
No. Contact Support and we’ll configure the organization for you.
Can I move materials between the accounts in my organization?
Not yet. Transfers happen inside each account.
Do my org admins need separate email addresses?
Yes, one each.
