Firts, access all settings from Settings → Workspace → Integrations → Field Service Management (FSM) → ServiceM8.
Default Location
This is the location you selected during the initial setup. All materials coming from ServiceM8 are brought into this Ply location. You can change it here anytime.
Jobs Sync
Import Materials from ServiceM8 Jobs: When enabled, materials you add or edit on a job or work order in ServiceM8 will automatically show up on the matching job in Ply. Turn it off if you don't want this to happen.
Share Purchase Orders Linked in ServiceM8: When enabled, a link to the Ply PO is automatically posted in the job notes in ServiceM8. That way, your field techs can open the PO directly from ServiceM8.
Send Job Materials to ServiceM8: When enabled, materials you add or edit on a job in Ply will appear linked on the matching job in ServiceM8.
Which setup is right for you?
Since Ply and ServiceM8 are connected, you decide what flows from one to the other:

This is totally optional. Set it up the way your team works best.
Price Book Sync
Import Price Book from ServiceM8: When enabled, new materials in your ServiceM8 Price Book will be imported and synced into your Ply Catalog. Turn it off if you only want to add materials in Ply.
Send Catalog Changes to ServiceM8: When enabled, new materials and changes in your Ply Catalog are automatically added to your ServiceM8 Price Book.
Delete ServiceM8 Items When Removed in Ply: When enabled, materials you delete in Ply will also be deleted in ServiceM8. If you leave it off, deleting a material in one platform won't delete it in the other. You'll need to delete it in both.
Keep ServiceM8 Stock Levels in Sync: When enabled, stock changes in Ply, like receiving, transferring, or consuming a material, keep the quantity matched between Ply and ServiceM8.
Webhook Subscriptions
A webhook is a way for one app to automatically send data to another in real time when a specific event happens.
For now, webhooks are available for Jobs only:
New Job Created: turn it on to trigger the webhook when a new job is created.
Job Updated: turn it on to trigger the webhook when a job is updated.
