➡️ Step-by-Step

  1. Go to your Catalog.

  2. From the three dots on the right of your screen, click "Print & Export Catalog."

  3. From "Select type of Paper," click "Save as Excel."

  4. Select the columns and custom fields you want to include in your Excel file.

  6. In the "Select Export Mode" field, choose what data to include in your export:

    • Catalog: exports basic material information such as name, item numbers, descriptions, and costs.

material exists, minimums, maximums, and more.

  7. Click "Export."

➡️ Common Issues

"I didn't get the export email."
Double-check the email address you entered before exporting, and check your spam folder. If it's still not showing up after a few minutes, contact Support.

"My export is missing columns I need."
Column selection happens in step 4, before you export. If you already exported and are missing something, just run the export again and make sure to check the box for every column and custom field you need.

"I'm not sure whether to use Catalog or Inventory export mode."
Use Catalog if you just need material-level info like names, item numbers, and costs. Use Inventory if you need stock-level detail, locations, minimums, maximums, and quantities on hand.
