➡️ Option 1: Select & Delete
Go to your Catalog.
Choose the items you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
Click on "Delete Materials."
Confirm Deletion: a confirmation prompt will appear, click "Delete" to proceed.
➡️ Option 2: Select the Whole Page at a Time
Go to your Catalog.
Select the checkbox in the top-left square.
From there, you'll be selecting all the materials on the page. By default, there are 25 materials per page.
If you want to expand that, scroll down to the bottom and expand the row limit.
➡️ Option 3: Delete Your Full Catalog with Bulk Select
Follow the same process as above. However, to bulk select and delete all materials in your Catalog, you'll need to select the materials page by page.
Expand the row limit to the maximum.
Select the checkbox in the top-left corner to select all materials on the page.
Repeat this process for each page until all materials are selected.
⚠️ Materials deleted from the Catalog will be permanently deleted from your account.
📌 If you have a large number of materials to delete, especially useful after cleaning up duplicates from a Ferguson catalog import via Ply Library, contact Support, and we'll be happy to help you delete them.

"I selected all materials on a page, but there are more materials I didn't select."
The top-left checkbox only selects the materials visible on the current page (25 by default). Expand the row limit at the bottom of the page, or repeat the selection process page by page, if you need to delete more.
"I deleted materials by mistake, can I get them back?"
No, deletion is permanent. If you're not sure whether an item might still be needed, consider deactivating it instead; see Activating and Deactivating Materials in SureStock.
"I have thousands of materials to delete after a catalog import, doing this page by page will take forever."

Is bulk deletion reversible?
No, materials deleted this way are permanently removed. If you might need the item again later, deactivate it instead of deleting it.

Yes, by expanding the row limit and repeating the select-all process page by page, though for very large catalogs, Support can help you do this faster.
