How to Enable the 'Materials Charge' Setting in ServiceTitan to Prevent $0 Cost Sync Issues
If you're experiencing issues with material costs syncing as $0 in ServiceTitan when integrating with Ply, there's now a setting you can enable in ServiceTitan to prevent this from happening.
Steps to Enable the 'Materials Charge' Setting:
Log in to your ServiceTitan account.
Navigate to Settings > Feature Configurations.
In the search bar, type:
Enable Materials Charge.Locate the setting and toggle it to ON.
Save the changes.
