Overview
Occasionally, jobs created in Jobber do not automatically sync to Ply, even after forcing a full sync. When this happens, you can use the Sync Specific Job option to sync an individual job directly from Jobber into Ply.
How to Sync a Single Job
Go to the Jobs section in Ply.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the Jobber integration logo, in the top right corner.
Select Sync Specific Job.
In the Sync Specific Job window, use the search bar to find the job by job number or title.
Locate the job in the list. Each job shows its Type (One Off or Recurring), Status (e.g., Active, Late), and when it was created/updated in Jobber.
Click Sync next to the job you want to bring over.
Jobs that have already been synced will show a green Synced label instead of a Sync button.
Once synced, the job will appear in your Active Jobs or Finished Jobs list in Ply.
💡 You can sync multiple jobs one at a time from this same window, there's no need to close and reopen it between syncs.
