If you or someone on your team forgets the Ply password, don't worry — it's quick and easy to reset. The process is the same no matter whose account it is.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Go to Ply login page
Visit https://app.getply.com/.
Click on “Forgot password?”
You’ll find this option below the login form.
Enter your registered email address
In the recovery field, type the email address linked to your Ply account.
Check your email
You’ll receive an email from Ply with instructions on how to reset your password.
Follow the instructions
Click the link in the email and follow the steps to set your new password.
Send a password reset email to your team
The account owner or Admin can also send a password reset email to any user on the team.
Go to Settings > Company and Billing > Team.
Click the three dots next to the user's name and select "Reset Password."
The user will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
