Need to generate a quick inventory report for one of your warehouses or trucks? Here's how you can export a list of all current stock from a specific location in just a few clicks.
Exporting a Report
Steps to Export Inventory:
Go to the Location
Navigate to the “Warehouses & Trucks” tab.
Click on the specific warehouse or truck you want to export inventory from.
2. Print & Export
Once inside the location view, click on the 3 dots (...) and then select “Print & Export”
3. Complete the process
Select the “Save as Excel” option
Enter your email address
Select the Inventory mode
And click on "Export"
The report will download as a spreadsheet with the current material names, categories, and quantities.
💡 Note: This report reflects the current stock levels at the time of export and is specific to the location you’re viewing.
