Need to generate a quick inventory report for one of your warehouses or trucks? Here's how you can export a list of all current stock from a specific location in just a few clicks.
Steps to Export Inventory:
Go to the Location
Navigate to the “Warehouses & Trucks” tab.
Click on the specific warehouse or truck you want to export inventory from.
2. Select All Materials
Once inside the location view, click the bulk select checkbox at the top of the material list to select all items.
3. Print & Export
Click on the “Print & Export” button at the top right of the material list.
4. Choose “Save as Excel”
Select the “Save as Excel” option.
The report will download as a spreadsheet with the current material names, categories, and quantities.
💡 Note: This report reflects the current stock levels at the time of export and is specific to the location you’re viewing.
